Shri M.N. Kampani Arts and Shri A.K. Shah Commerce College, Mangrol was established in the year 1988. It was first known as Shree Shardagram Arts and Commerce College. The name of the college was changed on 04-04-2006 by Saurashtra University. It is affiliated to Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University, Junagadh and has been listed under 2(F) & 12(B) of the UGC Act,1956.
The college started with 186 students. Today  the college is providing higher education to more than 1200 students in and around Mangrol town. The college offers U.G. as well as P.G. level courses in the faculties of arts, commerce and Computer Science(IT).

The focus of the institute is to empower the rural youths through quality education. The college has been imparting higher education  to the youths of this rural region for more than two decade. It has always maintained high standards  and strived to achieve excellence in higher education. The institution has definitely achieved its primary objectives and goals. Dr. H. D.
